The clause in Taylor Swift’s Big Machine label contract which prevented her from re-recording her hit albums has expired. She can finally get to work re-recording the first five albums in her back catalog if she should want to. Swift told Good Morning America last year. “I’m very excited about it. I just think that artists deserve to own their own work. I just feel very passionately about that.”
