How artists get discovered on YouTube

And yet another artist gets discovered on YouTube: Daniela Andrade’s cute rendition of the Gnarls Barkley hit song “CRAZY” is proof that artists can also pitch cover versions of hit songs to A&R’s and Hollywood music supervisors to get noticed.

After her version of the song was featured on the hit TV show “SUITS”, it entered the top 100 of the iTunes charts within 48 hours. That shows the power of TV shows and how this exposure can help an artist’s career.

Who would have thought that you can get a music placement in film, TV or advertising with a cover song? Daniela shows its possible. Go girl!
